I’ve been going to Aegis for several years. I’ve had all positive experiences. Cleanings, X-rays, tooth extraction, root canals and crowns. All 100% great experiences. Dr. C has a way of keeping you calm and making you feel comfortable as if the dental procedure is just another day. I’m an anxious patient and opt for sedated treatments and have had positive outcomes each time.read more

Short version... Had a 130 appointment last week, I was on time and checked in at the desk. I thought the wait was a little long for having an appointment but it was not that big of a deal. My phone rang which I did not answer as I do not like people blabbing on phone in public places. It was a local number so I looked it up and it was Aegis!!?? I immediately went to the desk and told her I just received a call from them, she looked confused and said well you were here. 20 some minutes later and 2 or 3 trips to the other desk she told me that I wasn't in there when they called my name so they had to let other people go ahead of me and would try to get me in. I proceeded to argue that I did not leave that office and had sat kiddie corner from her the whole time and she told me she had notes in the computer of when they called my name and said we even called your phone!!! I said that's why I came up here. Maybe I blacked out when they said my name? Or maybe she never really checked me in?read more

Updated. 5/2/19...had appointment today with Laura my hygienist . Amazingly awesome person. Such a thorough cleaning. Sweet as she can be, very attentive and concerned for my comfort. This dental family is amazing. Thank you Gabriella for your excellent administrative skills and Hannah at the front desk who handles a myriad of customers with grace and efficiency. Great place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Had a visit and deep cleaning. The staff was courteous and proficient and the doctor who checked me over prior to the cleaning was professional. My hygienist was EXEMPLARY and friendly and thorough. I have 2 more visits and I have posted on various social media sites for professional truck drivers my recommendation to use this facility. I want to thank them for taking my husband in for a dental emergency on such short notice. He now has dentures and is doing well with them so far. Going back in this Friday for followup work. Thanks guys!read more

I walked in on a long shot because I wasnt a patient of theirs but my dentist and my husbands and my old dentist were all closed. And because they were about to close and policy was no walk-ins after 11am on a Friday. I was in dire pain from abscess emerging in less than 24 hours. They took me in and had three people helping at once to get me checked in, x-rayed and looked at. In 20 minutes all of this was taken care of and I had an antibiotic and pain med in my hand and headed to the pharmacy. I knew I would be in massive pain all weekend and so did they!! They went over and above to help me! I am so very grateful!! I will be returning for my follow up and further appts!! This is how you take care of a patient!read more

Truck driver requiring emergency dental care. I called and they accommodated me immediately. I was in dire pain. The staff is professional and kind. My entire experience here was amazing. This office was great at first. Went in for an emergency to fix 2 broken teeth. I knew walking in it was gonna be costly cause of what I did. Fast forward a year later n now having to go to a different dentist for normal work due to insurance I am told that I have to see a specialist due to now having an infection in a root canal they did. Called and told them what I was told n tried to work something out to be told I have to pay to have their screw up fixed. Which is gonna cost a few more thousand dollars out of my pocket cause insurance doesnt cover it. So now not am I only paying thousands for the work they did but will have to pay thousands to have the infection fix. Which by the way is up in my front teeth by my nose n brain. If this infection spreads it can kill me. If not cause alot more issues through out all my teeth which are very healthy teeth for the most part especially my gums. To be told this n told it's due to the dental work being done to quickly. I will not be recommending them to anyone no more due to this.read more

They're great, I know for the initial look, they're barely more expensive than the sliding scale clinic. I'm not sure how they compare with it cost-wise for the actual extraction, but they took care credit and the sedatives worked well enough I don't even remember going back to the office. Next time I can afford a dentist, they're definitely where I'm going.read more

You might have to wait a while for an emergency walk in but trust me it's worth it! The staff was totally awesome the front desk receptionist went above and beyond her job from the time we arrived to the time we left. The Dentist herself was so sweet everyone did a totally awesome job of customer service and made you feel special but most of all I got my tooth fixed! My poor friend is now upset and inconsolable after this place. She waited 5 hrs to be told she needed 15k worth of work. She knows her teeth need work, but she came in for an emergency appt. On one tooth. You pressed her and told her she needed to make a decision right away. I'm disgusted with your ethics, forcing anyone to rush a life altering decision so fast. She was already self conscious, now you've just made her feel even worse. Great job!read more

On the positive side the initial exams went well, they got both my children in faster than expected and the hygienists, particularly Jody were great with the kids. However, when I took my son back in for his fillings I was furious by the time I left. They used the mask and gas to calm him down and it had absolutely no effect, he didn't even stop his normal fidgeting. When they came to numb his mouth he started crying the minute the needle touched him, normal for a child, and they almost immediately decided they couldn't give him the shot. When I asked why they said they didn't want to traumatize him. He is a kid, he is afraid of needles, it would have taken at the most a minute and it would have been over with. She roughly told him "We don't allow screaming in this office". He was not screaming, he was crying and most people would expect that of a child. After fixing one of the three fillings, they told me they were done and would try again another time. I tried to discuss with them that they hadn't even fixed the one that was hurting, they again told me they didn't want him to be uncomfortable with them. After relenting to their methodology they then reschedule him for a month from now. So they are not comfortable with upsetting him with a shot, but they are comfortable leaving him in pain for a month. I understand children are not easy, but if you can't deal with children then don't schedule them. Now I have to take another half day off work to "try" again and if that doesn't work get referred to another dentist for another day off work. No thanks, I will just go somewhere else. I appreciate that you want to be careful with my child, but he is going to cry anytime he gets a shot. If that stopped me and made me "try" again he would not be vaccinated and all his teeth would fall out. He is in pain, just help him. I am normally very calm and tried to remain calm with this staff for my son's sake, but I was furious when I left this office. I would go myself to this office, but I would not take children.read more
