Emergency Dental Needs During the COVID-19 Pandemic

WE’RE SO GRATEFUL to our patients and team members for all that they’ve done to help slow the spread of COVID-19. We’re keeping a close eye on the guidance offered by the CDC and the ADA, and we will continue to do all we can as we resume our non-emergency services.

New Procedures Regarding Patient Care

  • Patients will be prescreened for COVID-19 symptoms when they are checked-in.
  • The COVID-19 screening from and temperature reading are to be completed before treatment.
  • The CDC is recommending that only asymptomatic patients are to be seen in the dental setting.
  • Patients are to limit unnecessary visitors to their appointments. Exceptions will be made for minors and elderly patients or those needing assistance, and sedated patients.  Accompanying visitors are not permitted in the room during treatment and may be asked to return to their vehicle. ( **but remain in the parking lot**)

Accepting New Patients?

Yes, we are always accepting new patients. You do not need to be or become an established patient to be treated for emergency care. We offer easy payment plans and  in-office financing. We will quickly and easily process your insurance for you.  We will continue to help our communities in any way we can.

We Look Forward to Seeing You Again!

This pandemic has been strange and difficult for all of us. We hope that by offering non-emergency services and following careful new sanitation protocols, our patients can feel at ease that they don’t have to sacrifice their dental health needs in order to minimize their risk of exposure.

We Are Strong When We Work Together

Right now, one of the best ways that we as healthcare professionals can help to slow the spread of coronavirus is to follow the guidance of these health organizations, and we encourage our patients to do the same. We will be sure to update you about additional changes at our practice.

We are committed to you, our patients. We are here, able and willing to safely take care of you and your families emergency dental needs.
