Front Desk Associate
Aegis Dental Group – Goshen, IN
$15 – $20 an hour
We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to serve as our patients first point of contact and manage all aspects of their visit.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
- Communicating with dental insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proven experience working in a dental office.
- Sound knowledge of dental terminology.
- Proficient in dental practice management software (EagleSoft).
- Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Dental Laboratory Technician

$15 – $30 an hour
Large Private practice with in house lab is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician. Needs to be familiar will all aspects of fabrication of removable dental appliances. Willing to train the right candidate. Please inquire for more info!
