If you have any questions about this financing option, you may contact us at one of our dental offices.

INSURANCE FAQs

Do you accept my insurance? How much will they pay?
      – We do not accept Medicaid and/or Medicare. We accept all private insurance plans (plans that do not require you to select a dentist from a list or require our office to accept reduced fees for services). This means that we work with literally thousands of companies. Due to changes in policies, it is impossible to give you guaranteed quotes of their payments. We can estimate your portions based on past payment histories, but it is only an estimate.

If you would like to know exact insurance benefits, we can file a “pre-treatment authorization” with your insurance company. This can delay treatment but will give you a more premise out of pocket figure.

I thought I paid my portion but I got a bill … why?
– We base the patient portion of your bill on our latest data; however, several factors can influence this estimate. These factors may include deductibles (individual or family) or previous specialist visits that have utilized a portion of your annual benefit. Please note that insurance companies do not inform us of changes to your benefits; you will be notified directly. Please inform us of any such changes for accurate billing.

Insurance did not pay … now what?
– We provide the service of submitting your claims as a courtesy. Should your insurance fail to cover the expenses, it becomes your responsibility to settle the full payment for the services rendered. Please be aware that insurance functions as a contract between you and the company, and our office is not a party to that agreement.
As a result, you are ultimately responsible for all charges accumulated at our facility.

If you have further questions regarding your dental insurance, please contact your employer’s human resource department, contact your insurance company directly, or contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
